Pathways Foundation Capital Campaign

HOUSE THERMOMETER

Many of you golfed. Many of you walked. Many of you came for dinner. Many of you bought prizes. Many bought bricks. Many donated time. But ALL of you have contributed to building a new home for people living with an acquired brain injury in Ottawa. The dig commences. It is time.

On behalf of the clients that we serve and the Pathways Foundation Family we say THANK YOU one and all.

The new home will replace the 24 hour supported home currently in Osgoode and is designed to be fully accessible and meet the unique needs of the people we support.

A registered charitable organization, the Pathways Foundation’s mandate is to enhance the quality of life of individuals supported by Pathways to Independence and those supported by partner organizations.

Who is Pathways to Independence?

Pathways provides community based living support to people with impairments in cognitive functioning. We provide case management, residential options, day and vocational programs and services in communities throughout South Eastern and Eastern Ontario to adults with an acquired brain injury, a developmental disability, or those who may be dually diagnosed.
