That all people enjoy a high quality of life as an accepted member of their chosen community.
We will facilitate a way of life that enables individuals with challenges to realize their potential and achieve self-empowerment.
Our services include supportive housing options, day, vocational and recreation programs, psychiatric counselling and behaviour therapy, court and justice related services, and short-term respite. Promoting. Advocating. Support. Pathways to Independence is governed by a knowledgeable volunteer Board of Directors, staffed by professional, caring people and supported by dedicated volunteers.

Q ~ How do you help an adult with a developmental disability or an acquired brain injury to be more independent?
A ~ Provide financial support to help them to:
Learn to read so they can access public transportation to go to work;
Live in their own apartment with ready access to support if they need it,
Have accessible transportation to get to medical appointments and;
Build fully accessible homes that people who have disabilities and are aging can live in and continue to be a part of their communities
